Great views of lobby, reception and other public areas while rooms are slightly old and need renovation. I had no shampoo/gel in my room as well. Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast is usual for Wyndham hotels.
Stayed 1 night with my husband and young daughter. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean and recently renovated. Loved the little outdoor pool and hot tub area (also super clean!). When we checked in they saw we had our 4 year old with us and asked if we wanted to move to the 4th floor since the 3rd is the one where they allow pets to stay and can get a bit noisy. Really appreciated their thoughtfulness and will stay again when traveling through the area!
I enjoyed my stay here, the only issue was that there was mold on the wall in the closet, I stayed in room 373 with my little family. It was quiet, the staff was nice that we encountered, the diner had a great veggie burger. We didn't get up early enough to enjoy the free breakfast, my love enjoyed the free coffee, and he loves his coffee! All around, I'd stay here again if needed. Just please work on the mold, no one should be breathing that in
A good place for a wedding. The event hall is in a separate, yet attached building, so noise isn't a huge concern. The staff was very accommodating. And the food was excellent. The bar service was a acceptable. The staff was eager, but not knowledgeable. For example having to point out what bottle was vodka, and not the rum they grabbed. But very friendly, and rolled with it when various alcohols ran out (wedding couple supplied the alcohol). The rooms are completely acceptable for the cost. The walls/doors are a little on thin side though. But they are completely clean and comfortable. My one problem was with the cleaning staff. While kind of understandable with the number of rooms they had to turn over the day after, they were a bit pushy about getting in the room and when we would be checking out. This was even after I told them that the room was book until the next day. Overall, a good place for an event.
Walked up to our floor and get to our room where the door is hanging wide open propped with a washcloth. When we asked we were told that apparently house cleaning had done the room recently. And didn't shut the door tho? 1 of the lamps doesn't work. No stationery in the room. Asked for extra pillows first nite and when the desk attendant asked the manager (sittin there in the lobby) he pauses then says "we don't have anymore pillows". Whaaat? Really tho guy? Of course u do, just bein lazy. Jump in the shower in the morning and the water is basically trickling like a light drizzle. Had to screw the shower head tight so the water pressure was reasonable. Honestly not terrible overall but the small things add up. Take the time to check these things before and after every guest.
