I have stayed in many hotels and this is by far the worst. The first room was so heavy with stale smoke (and I used to be a smoker) it took your breath away. This hotel is supposed to 100% smoke-free. The hallway smelled of marijuana and the woman staying in the next room was so strung out on something that she was slurring her words, stumbling around and smoking. I requested another room upon which the receptionist had a bad attitude and we find out later that most of the employees do too. The employees hate the hotel and owner, and the receptionist said there was no other rooms available at that time, she was waiting on housekeeping to finish. I left for an event and upon coming back late that night I was given another room. This room apparently was part of a flood a few days before and there was still water coming up from in between the floor tiles. I went back to the front desk and the receptionist (definitely a language barrier) said there was nothing he could do. We had to use towles to go between the bed and bathroom. There was no toilet paper and the sink, toilet (which I had to clean before any of us could use it) and bathtub had not been cleaned. The bed had crumbs under the sheets, which means that the linens hadn't been changed. As this was almost 3am and I was traveling with friends (who were in another filthy room), my husband and small child, we were told there was no other rooms and that there was nothing that they could do. We were here for a Monster Jam event and we were over 3 hours away from home; exhausted, we had no other choice but to try to endure the filth and get a few hours of sleep before traveling home. I complained to the manager the next day upon checkout, whom seemed upset at the whole thing and seemed very disgusted with the owner. To add insult into injury, we also witnessed a prostitute conducting her business in the hotel, upon which the hotel was accepting strictly cash payments. There were a lot of shady people in and around the hotel grounds. To top this off, the hotel charged my credit card for a third time. I, nor my family or friends will ever return to this hotel. This hotel is by far the worst I have ever been to. If I were Choice Hotels, I would look closer at this hotel and its practices. This hotel is a total disgrace to the Choice Hotels, Econo Lodge and Quality Inn name and reputation.

What a surprise. $49 Room that had been completely renovated. It's a separate building connected to Quality Inn with rooms $20 more. Appears they may be upgrading to Quality Inn standards. Breakfast was decent, beds and pillows were comfortable.

Hotel staff is super nosey. Always in your buisness asking questions they should never be allowed to ask guests. I only gave 3 stars because that's what the actual room deserves, the staff deserve -0 stars.

Noisy in middle of night.

Cigarette smoke smell in halls of "No Smoking" building.

An incredibly neglected property, that could be nice. Cigarette butts and trash all over the grounds.

Hotel is advertised as a FULLY NON SMOKING ESTABLISHMENT. As we walked in the main hallway, it smelled like 20 smokers have been smoking one after another for 3 weeks straight. Then, as I opened the door to my room, I realized that the entire place smelled this way. As a lifelong non smoker, I could not breathe. I felt like I was suffocating from smoke inhalation.

Broken furniture and supplies in stairwells and unlocked mechanical areas. Dangerous for young children !

The Front Desk Staff is the Only outstanding feature of the Property.

Comforter and sheets have cigarette burns in them. Furniture has burn marks. This place is a total $#it-hole. The smell is totally unacceptable. Avoid this place unless you want to experience an ash tray disguised as a roach motel.

Rough looking types loitering and smoking by outside exits.

Michelle and Connie are excellent !
