Sharp hotel with walled patio, fire pit and seating. Large lobby/lounge, with plenty of seating and work/eating areas. Hotel and Bistro staff are very attentive and super accommodating. Out of all my experiences in Hagerstown their customer service knocked it out of the park. My room was modern and very clean. If you travel to this area I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff was welcoming upon arrival and has been extremely helpful in working through a billing issue with my work credit card. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. The on-site Starbucks & bistro is awesome. Great hotel, will stay here every time I'm in town!
