Overall, not a great experience, and one I don't plan on repeating.

We were happily impressed with the the BayMont Inn & Suites.The room was clean, smoke free,as is the entire building. We felt comfortable and relaxed in our room after a full day of activity. The price for this time of year was very affordable. We would gladly stay here again.
When I walked into the lobby I was amazed how clean and pretty it was. The clerks at the front desk were very nice. When I walked into my hotel room it was very clean and neat. The bathroom sparkled. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, there was a variety of food to choose from. Also the breakfast area was very, very clean. Also a diner was connected to the hotel so I didn't have to go far to eat. The Family diner had very good food and the price was just right. I highly recommend this Diner to you. I had a waitress named Beth and she was exceptional. She was very attentive as to how my food was, if it was hot enough, if I needed another drink. I would highly recommend both.
The hotel seemed like it was very nice a few decades ago, but it seemed run-down. Faded carpets, cracked tile, and my room had not one, but two holes in the wall. The front desk staff were always nice, but it took two calls and 30 minutes before housekeeping arrived at my room when I requested them. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower had good temperature and pressure. The room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a nonsmoking room, and there were multiple cigarette butts in the stairways. The breakfast offered was warm, but the trays of food were empty about half the time.
Great views of lobby, reception and other public areas while rooms are slightly old and need renovation. I had no shampoo/gel in my room as well. Room was clean and bed was good. Breakfast is usual for Wyndham hotels.
