Great place to stop for a nice break from driving and the great thing is they have a Bob Evans next door. I enjoyed the people at the counter they really help me out with my map to guide me the right way. Great parking and easy access right back onto the highway.
A decent, clean hotel that I think was reasonably priced. The room didn't have complimentary toiletries but it did have a sign that said if you needed any, you could get them for free at the front desk. That is of course a way for the hotel to save money, but it cuts down on waste overall, which is respectable.
I enjoyed my stay at Comfort Suites immensely. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I felt comfortable going to them with any questions that I had to ask. The rooms were clean and there was plenty of space. The breakfast that was served was also good and had a good variety of food. All in all I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay at Comfort Suites again.
The room, if a bit musty, was spotlessly clean (note: we stayed in a pet-friendly room). The upholstery was a little frayed and the furniture somewhat dinged, but these factors were of little concern when we saw the fresh, blazing white linens on the bed.
Their in-house free breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen in a mid-tier economy hotel. Eggs and sausage, DIY waffles, cereals and pastries, juice and coffee, all laid out in a pristine spread. The employee managing the breakfast area kept it gleaming and clean, which I appreciated more than anything. Overall, I recommend this hotel with its attention to cleanliness and its friendly staff.
Accommodations were reasonable, particularly with the group rate. Guest representative was somewhat rude at check-in directing a guest to the other vending machine after losing $2....told the guest machine lights weren't on so she shouldn't have used the machine. This was not my idea of customer service. We also had a problem with room keys but no time for details now. Halls were VERY warm. Complimentary breakfast was a plus. Rooms clean w microwave and mini-fridge.
The hotel is very nice. It's clean, the rooms are comfortable. The AC works great. The front desk staff is nice. The pool is being renovated at this time so I can't speak for it. The breakfast was good too.
