Bought my first car from here. I've had it for about a year now and I can give you the honest experience I've had over that time. In the process of purchasing my car they guy ( I believe his name was Michael) was really friendly with me helped me out answering all my questions, and not blowing me off because of my age like EVERY OTHER DEALERSHIP DID! I had my car rear ended about 3 months after purchasing it and their collision center took care of it perfectly ( Thanks!!! ) When I go for my maintenance they are always very friendly and quick about doing it. While I relax in the A/C or heat if its cold with some snacks and free wifi!! Excellent Customer Service!!
I went to Younger Toyota looking for an SUV but with very little money to put down on a car. I worked with Rob, Eric, and Jeff who he went above and beyond to make my experience great and meet every expectation I had. They listened to what I wanted and how much I could spend, then showed me multiple cars until I fell in love with 1 specific car. I was and am so pleased with every bit of my experience! I highly recommend Younger Toyota!
Unnamed salesperson didn't verify my insurance correctly, activate my sattelite radio, or have a front tag-frame (as required by MD law) attached to my new car. They sold me a new Camry which I later discovered had dents (maybe my fault for trusting them) and I paid to have them removed. Also, forget receiving responses to emails. Lastly, there was a $900 "mistake" on the paperwork which I'm sure they're glad I caught. Just go to Fitzgerald to save time and money.
My experience here was the best I have ever had buying a car. I dealt with Phil Young who was professional and easy going. No bait and switch offers once I was at the dealership, just a matter of completing the paper work and I was on my way. I will/would highly recommend this to others!
Downgraded my review after most recent trip for 25000 mile service. Service staff was rude, chiding me for the mileage on my 2016 corolla. Then to top it all off the service technician broke my wheel lock key. Service writer handed me the broken key saying he thought I would be mad if he didnt show me (as if they considered putting it back in the car for me to find next time I needed it). Then had the nerve to say it was my fault cause the key was poor quality. Never so much as offered an apology,. It was clear from the broken key they had used it with an impact wrench, destroying the key. No wheel lock key is designed to withstand use in an impact wrench. Service writer treated me like I was stupid saying the key was poorly made. Not sure why they feel the need to belittle a customer who has bought numerous cars from them. Will be taking my cars elsewhere for service. When its time to replace my cars, Younger will NOT be where I will go to buy them.
