Sharrett GMC staff are friendly, courteous, and no-nonsense, which made for a pleasant buying experience. The team of Adam, Chris and Dwayne made my going an hour and back to/from Hagerstown worth the two trips it took to us to reach a deal. Chris was very responsive to my needs. Adam was patient, informative, and thorough when completing all paperwork and introducing me to the features of my new GMC Canyon. And Dwayne efficiently closed the deal without any unwelcome last minute surprises.
We recently purchased a used 2013 Sonata from Sharrett and it was a great experience. Our salesperson Gina Cardenas was very knowledgeable even though Sharrett does not sell Hyundai vehicles. She was a pleasure to work with, in fact the entire Sharrett staff was extremely courteous.
