Let me start with the fact that I am in sales and have high expectations when it comes to customer service. I bought my truck at Tate Chrysler in FREDERICK Md. I was very happy with the sales process but was quickly unsattisfied with the service department. I began coming to Hoffman after giving Tate two chances. Hoffman has been great. They have actually exceeded my expectations. I was coming for regular oil changes and tire rotations monthly. I put 70k on my truck in just over a year. I have always been a Ford guy until this purchase and never experienced any service like Hoffman. They recently went above and beyond when I had trouble outside of my warranty and also getting a rental car. I will continue to use Hoffman monthly for service and will most likely purchase my next truck there as well. I will NEVER buy an overpriced under equiped Ford again after this experience. I buy a truck every 2-4 years so service is very important to me. Everyone at the service department has been above aveagre and I do NOT agree with some of the recent reviews. Hoffman has a thumbs up from me strictly based upon service at this point and they have also earned a satisfied Chrysler owner.
Cody was great to work with. Our goal was to trade out of two vehicles and into one minivan. While we had to eat some of what we still owed, we'll be saving money in the long run. We are now in a new, reliable Pacifica. Thanks again, Cody!

I was about 9 hours from home when my water pump started leaking. Johnathan and Orlando in the service department were able to fit me into their full schedule, provide me a loaner vehicle for the day and get the truck fixed before 5 PM on a Friday. They were great to work with. If I lived closer to them I'd be doing business there.
I went in for an oil service and 4 hours and 25 minutes later with over a $400 bill I was able to leave. This was really the worst experience I have had at a car dealer since the last time I took my car to Hoffman for a service. The staff is fantastic and very friendly, but I will never in my life bring my car back to Hoffman for a service ever again, let alone buy a car from them. I'm pretty sure I will never buy a Chrysler again.
Recently moved from Colorado where used Jeeps are plentiful but never saw one this new with less than 30k (mine is just over 18k) for under $35K unless you're buying from a yard. Great condition Jeep and great people at Hoffman. Haven't dealt with service yet but will update once I've have my first service cycle completed.
