This dealership does an outstanding job. The service advisers, especially Alex, do an excellent job taking care of their Customers by being considerate of comfort and expenses. Something I noticed today that I hadn't before is that our servicing technician updates the maintenance log after each visit. That is top shelf service!
As always, Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown did a great job with my car. I was leaving for work and noticed something was not right while driving. My tire was completely flat. Contacted Mercedes-Benz of Hagerstown and they were able to get me in the very next day (only because my tires had to be ordered) and set me up with a loaner car. Great customer service and very professional. Keep up the great work!

They have had my car for 2 weeks and have not called to tell me anything. Usually these guys are top notch but 2 weeks with no call? I finally called today and miraculously the car will be done tomorrow. I will not hold my breath guys.

My great experience started with Elizabeth (Front Desk) and Alex (service),very friendly, warm and highly professional staff members. They both took great care of me, and I am truly grateful. Even when i had to come back to the shop, when a low oil light came on, my experience was truly phenomenal, my shuttle drivers were the greatest, we had excellent conversation, just a great team of professional all round. I'm a first time Mercedes Benz owner and Hagerstown Mercedes is now my newest family, for service and my next and every Mercedes Benz purchase in the future. Thank you ALL!!!! :)
