I have been recieving non stop emails, personal calls and texts from this dealership lately. I did buy from them 4 years ago. No, it wasn't a great deal on a brand new vehicle. No one was that nice, and then we had a harassment issue with someone there telling us we had to pay them back for a discount they gave us, after we had purchased it! Just for giggles, I checked out the reviews to see if anyone else is getting endless calls etc. Looks to me all of these 5 star reviews lately are people who either work there or are friends and family, because this was the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. After owning 7 cars , theres no way anyone would rate this hole a 3.9? Take your $ elsewhere would be my suggestion.
Always great, courteous service. Prices have always seemed super reasonable. I've gotten estimates from service shops, then went to Hoffman and they were almost always cheaper!
If you receive a call or message from a Buddy McDonald claiming that his manager has approved to give you top dollar because someone is interested in your vehicle, THIS IS A SCAM, PLOY OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO CALL IT. When I called back to inquire about the call, the receptionist is in on it and even stated that due to the hurricanes down south, their vehicles were damaged and are looking further north to find a new vehicle and caused their stocks to run low. So off I go to see how much they’d give me and all the sales people are in on it as well. When I sat with one I expressed how I hope it wasn’t a scam and this Buddy McDonald is probably fake and he admitted that it was. I was pissed that I was lied to but decided to stay to see how much my Jeep would be appraised and it was a joke. They appraised it $4000 under what I owe on it. So I’m just saying don’t waste your time with them especially because they used the hurricanes in the south to manipulate people in wasting their time. DEVIANT PEOPLE AT THEIR BEST!
Service department is nice and polite and do the best they can to help. sales department is something else I will not recommend anybody to buy from them at the Chevrolet part they never return calls nor do they accommodate you when I bought my truck by time I got to the
