Very Competent Staff.
After turning in our VW I was shocked at how cold the staff was. We had even stopped in to look at other vehicles and no one even came out to offer assistance
Make absolutely sure that you make an appointment early, don't bother calling after 3. Kind service, very fair prices, comfortable atmosphere as well. 4outta5
They couldn't diagnose the radio on a 2016 Passat, I had to go back there twice until they got someone from sale who was able to do it. Service department closes at 5:30pm, not open on Saturday..., really. They don't listen the customer.
