I was in town visiting family and wanted to get the oil changed on my Mercedes so I contacted the Mercedes dealership down the road and they didn't have time to do it before I headed back to Florida where I live, so they referred me to Byrd Auto. When I got there the owner seemed very nice. The garage was busy and the garage owner said he couldn't do my vehicle that day, so I left my vehicle overnight leaving the keys with the owner of the dealership. I was told they would reset the computer on my car after they changed the oil and they didn't. I also realized on my drive back to Florida that all of cd's that I left in the stereo system were gone. I always lock my doors and no one else had been in my car except me until I took it to that dealership. I'm very disappointed because that was a place that I would have returned to, had I not experience those 2 big disappointments!
I deliver the local paper on a rural route, and my vehicle is used and abused. Brett at Byrd got me in last-minute on a busy day to fix a busted tie rod, gave me a great price on it, and even gave me a lift down the street to cash my paycheck while his guys were taking care of my van! I'll be coming back here for all my auto needs.
