This place is amazing !! They listened to all my concerns about my pain & my Dr's have been great ... I had so much pain in my leg before going here due to a dvt blood clot & they are doing all they can to help me manage my pain .. I recommend this place 100 percent .....
I’ve been going to the same practice for 11 year never had any problems until a conflict arose, then I was kicked out of office.
I do not want to disclose significant health information about me - so will simply say that I have been treated unprofessionally several times, the worst of which left me with essentially no pain management plan or options. Back to the drawing board for me - seeking out my primary care again on this to find better options.
Never again will I associate with National Spine & Pain. I’m not a drug seeker but boy I sure have been labeled one.
Tried getting into another practice in Martinsburg & came to find out that I had been Black Balled by Dr. at Maryland office.
My doc "Cheryl" was awesome. The support staff is awful. Have been assured (per recorded message) I would get a call back ( "within 24 hours...) I have never received a return call period. Absolutely no communication.
Added later - my pharmacy called in a need for a refill and it was never returned or taken care of. It is 7/29 and the pharmacy told me they called the PA who I will not name here on 4/29. More inconvenience, confusion and pain.
I am leaving the practice after getting bad treatment from everyone except Dr. Cheryl for 6 months. The support staff is awful. There is no communication and it's obvious to me the practice is there just to make money, not treat the patient. You are to value their time but they certainly don't value yours so be prepared to wait LONG periods of time. I have left so many messages where they didn't return the call. When they did, they'd swear they tried to call and I didn't answer (which isn't possible since your phone tells you when you missed a call and there's this thing called voice mail). I even sent an email explaining my unhappiness with their treatment and they haven't bothered to address it. I actually started to feel better but then they let my medication lapse (again, not returning calls when I'd warn them I was close to running out) and I am personally tired of taking my time to run there and get samples and then applying for various programs to get it approved (meanwhile, they lose paperwork with important info it, like your tax returns and your social security number). I am very unhappy and wouldn't recommend them to anyone I cared about or even didn't care about.
