If you have a history of skin cancer as I do, this is not the dermatology practice for you. When they biopsy, they say "you'll hear from us with results in 14 days." Actually, it's more like three to four weeks later, even if it comes back as cancerous. I had a spot biopsied the last week of July. When I hadn't heard anything by mid-August, I assumed it came back negative. Nope! They called in late August and said it was squamous-cell and they wanted to schedule an appointment to have it removed. The earliest they could schedule me was Oct. 10 – Yikes! I asked to be seen sooner, told them I'd go to any of their offices in the state, or see another provider, I just wanted it off as soon as possible. They said "we don't like to do that" and Oct. 10 was the earliest they could see me, period. Cancellation list? Nope. So I had to wait from July till October with squamous-cell cancer sitting on my back. In my opinion, this borders on malpractice. Skin cancer is nothing to fool around with. I have a history of it and melanoma runs in my family. This has been my second bad experience with this office in two years and I will not be returning. Also, you cannot get through to your local office when you call. It's a big call center somewhere and they have no idea who you are. They promise that someone will call you back, but they don't. Front office staff isn't friendly, but that's the least of it… I've seen with other negative reviews that an email address is provided and you can contact to try to resolve the issue. Seems to me that if they were serious about providing their patients with an "exceptional experience," they would treat them like people instead of widgets.
Referred to them by our family doctor. Even with a referral it is a 3 month wait!
It's ok but not for severe sickness cause they don't brief the patient nor care so much
Was treated very unprofessionally by Dr. Fink. She disregarded my concerns, and did not believe my account describing my skin disorder. Her statement was, “get a video”. Questioned me repeatedly about an unrelated condition, and denied guiding me to another physician or follow-up. This is the worst excuse for medical care i have ever received!
I am NEVER returning here. I made an appointment back in APRIL and couldn't get in until July. Okay, I said that's fine. Time for my appointment, I get there and I'm told that the doctor isn't available. The RUDE receptionist claimed that they sent me notices and calls to reschedule and I never got a SINGLE one. So I have to reschedule for ANOTHER month later!!!!!!!!!!! Finally today my new appointment. I get here and forgot my drivers liscense sitting at home. The once again, extremely rude receptionist tells me that I cannot be seen and will have to reschedule AGAIN although I had other forms of ID. no patient should have to deal with this level of unprofessionalism.
