The medical staff and Dr Scott were wonderful in treating my son. He has had both his tonsils out and also tubes placed. The care that Dr. Scott has given my son is outstanding. The staff from the front to the back is the best I've ever experienced.
Absolutely horrible. I explained a very personal situation and there wasn't even empathy given nor shown to me. I was told by an Admin that my account was "vanished", my next question to this was, do you STILL HAVE MY SONS RECORDS??? Spoke to their Office Manager, Sharon and that is where the lack of human nature comes into place. All over $40 dollars and they will no longer see my son that Dr. Kirby Scott placed tubes in his ears and he is Autistic. I wanted to speak to Dr.Scott about the situation, nope, not getting past his Office Manager, Sharon. Pathetic Practice at best. Make sure you get my Son's records sent to the new ENT Group TODAY.
In all of my years dealing with different Doctors for my children, Dr. Scott is the best around. He recognizes their needs and immediately addresses them to help my children feel better as soon as possible. He always fits them into his schedule when needed and we've never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Dr. Scott always follows up after appointments to be sure my children are feeling better. Every visit to his office has been a great one, it's not often I can say that about Doctors nowadays. If only he was a general physician we wouldn't need another Doctor.
I just got off the phone and had a pretty odd experience. If anyone knows anything about getting tubes put into your ear, they fall out every 9-12 months and so you have to get a new one. They wouldn't even let me make an appointment since I had gotten a tube in my ear from a different doctor before last year. I wanted to try to going through someone else and that is why I called them....she said "Dr. Scott doesn't like to get in the middle of things like that" and "would want you to stay with your original doctor"....all very strange since this is a procedure I would probably have to have done every year of my life and therefore would maybe once in awhile exercise choice. So I would not recommend this place to anyone that has ever seen any other ENT in their life.
Dr. Scott and his staff are amazing! Everyone is really friendly and they all seem to genuinely care about each patient.
After my procedure, Dr. Scott called me personally to see how I was doing-- I didn't think that kind of thing happened anymore.
