Doctors are great but if you need disability paperwork I hope you have money set aside. I dropped the paperwork off on a Monday and told the girl I would pick it up on Friday at my husband's appointment . Well when we went we were told it wasn't ready and won't be ready till next Tuesday at the earliest. They take a minimum of 7 days to complete and charge $15 on top of that. The girl who does this job told me she does other things around the office and can't get it done any sooner. The paperwork that I need filled out is a quarter to half s page of fill-in -the blank. Another example of someone underqualified to do a job.
