This is my health provider. Nice clinic with friendly staff.
When I first established care there I saw my PVP 2-3 times and when I needed an appt another time I was scheduled with Richard, CRNP. I absolute love him, he listens, is very proactive and doesn't downplay anything like many of the other providers there. I requested to only see him, and list him as my PVP. My son was set up with another provider and the whole experience has been a nightmare, had to wait over a month for an office visit, what a delay in patient care, he needed a specific order written for an important, rare, MRI suggested by another specialist who even communicated with his PCP his concerns. My daughter was seen by a different provider due to Richard being out of the office and scheduled as a same day appt. The Dr. she saw whom I won't mention her name was so rude, impatient, and undermined my valid concerns, I've worked in the medical field for 20 yrs, so I'm not clueless. Tests done in office came back as we were still in the office, the Dr. even acknowledged the abnormalities and suggested we repeat tests in few weeks. The excruciating pain my daughter was in( who never complains or makes mention of anything until it's so severe ) she's had these symptins for 2 weeks( again didn't say anything until it was debilitating) and to have tests cone back abnormal and symptoms worsening just to be told come back in 2 weeks though her symptoms are getting worse is poor judgment.
Every time I go here for a problem they ask me what I feel they can do for me? They never take anything serious and say oh it will pass it has to be longer then 7 days before you need anything. I have been in pain 4 days with a severe sore throat and now at urgent care because I am in so much pain that I can even eat or drink. The doctor here takes one look and says yes you have an infection that need treated. I am so unsatisfied with there care. If was able to give them a zero I would. I shall never return I will go else where from now on that cares about there patients.
