The office manager was very unplesant she called me up to tell me there was no insurance referral & that the doctor should have told me about this. All my doctor told me was they would take care of the referrals & to make the appointment. The woman continues to blame me getting smart with me & making me feel stupid. My mom then tried to deal with her she got smart with her & said aloud what our insurance was which she has no right. My mom had us wait to see if the problem got resolved it didn't & at that point we told them we will not & go somewhere else. She then proceeded to tell us of what was missing (to try to get us to reconsider) but got smart yet again. I highly recommend not considering going here. We had problems with the office staff from when we were making the appointment. You will not find any respect from this office staff.
