Apparently this urgent care schedules appt....which I find ridiculous....if I was looking for an appt I would call my doctor...I came here for my son....took 45 mins to even get checked in...then was told even though people came in long after us...they would be seen ahead of us because they had an appt scheduled...so frustrating
Edit: while my previous experience was good, this one is horrible. I've been here for an hour and haven't even been checked in yet. But they've checked in 4 people who came in after I did. When they bother to check you in, they're great, but there is absolutely no sense in taking an hour to check people in.
I'm sure people got mad that I was taken back "out of order," but I got a breathing treatment and for the first time in days felt like I could breathe.
I went in today after suffering with a cough, sore throat, etc for several days. The cough gets so bad at times that I can't breathe....it happened while I was there.
Everyone was very nice and helpful when I was there the other day. I was very sick and they took good care of me. Thank you for always being our go-to urgent care.
I've lived in Hagerstown for 4 years. I've been here multiple times, with diferent family member's, for multiple issues and never had a problem. Great staff, great service
Been here for almost 3 hours now..... and still have not seen a doctor
My only complaint is that I had to call 4 hours after I left because my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy.
