I had a great experience when shopping at Bob's Discount Furniture. I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Ben King. He was extremely patient and helpful while we were trying to figure out which sectional sofa that we were going to go with based on not only the comfort but also the dimensions. He respected our space and did not hover and/or shadow our every move. Ben truly displayed the attributes of an experienced professional. I am happy to say that Paula and her team behind the counter showed the same level of professionalism setting the bar high for their competition. Me and my husband had two wonderful experiences at Bob's Discount furniture. 1st time was with sales rep Marianne that helped us buy some living room tables. She was personable, didn't "follow us around" like some place's reps do (I hate that), answered every question and helped us pick what we needed. Second visit we had help from Kim Jackson- same knowledgeable, and personable attitude. We had to have our furniture delivered from the second visit- we got our courtesy call the day before (4 hour window) and the delivery men were right on time. Very nice also and did a great job putting our things together. I will never go anywhere else but Bob's from now on. Product is affordable and of great quality and staff is fantastic.
Excellent customer service from Melissa, who really took the time to listen to exactly what I was looking for and recommend the play scape. I had overlooked that gem and it was exactly what we needed without knowing it! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent customer service by Steve as well who finalized the sale for me on her day off! He was very informative, professional, friendly and ready to help. Would definitely recommend Bobs!
I had the most wonderful experience at Bob's with the very courteous and extremely helpful sales associate Darryl. He was very knowledgeable about the beds I was interested in. Most importantly he listened to my needs and never tried to push me into buying something that I wasn't interested in. In fact he never pushed me or pressed me to buy anything and encouraged Mr to comparison shop. Darryl made me feel like I stepped into the only furniture store I needed to be in. I was so impressed with him that I didn't want to comparison shop, although I did. I could not find another Darryl in all the stores I looked in and no other store even came close to the amazing prices at Bob's. And of course no other store had Darryl. So I happily went back to Bob's and Darryl to make my purchase. Darryl went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure I chose the right bed and had the best experience possible. Now I'm sleeping great on the most comfortable bed and I won't shop anywhere else but Bob's...with Darryl. Again, thank you Darryl for making my experience easy and stress free. I'll see you soon
The furniture may be nice but god help you if you need warranty repair! My recliner quit working minutes after delivery. I purchased this furniture 3 months ago and it is still not repaired. The technicians just guess at which part is bad without any testing and are supposed to order said part. That doesn't happen either. I've called multiple times and get nothing but a computer generated email. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Buyer beware!
