I had to hire people to come in to clean and restore the furniture to a decent level of acceptance! The stuff I received had been previously rented, and was not new, but should have been in way better shape before renting again!
I would give it a -Star's if I could!
Awesome place
Very bad service. Go somewhere else. My washing machine quit working. They kept it for 3 months and then after they finally brought it back it didn't work. I am still waiting for them to come get it again to have it fixed.
Amazingly friendly and accommodating staff...competitive prices that definitely outdo the local rental competition.
Rude but somewhat clean
My furniture was delivered as if they where dropping off garbage, the truck was filthy, and the pillows to the couch & love seat were lying on the floor UNDERNEATH the Couches! The Couches were dragged along the floors upside down! If I had not been there, it would have been in much worse condition than it was!
