The furniture was reasonably priced and of good quality. The sales staff, the general manager Mike , and Kayla behind the scenes were helpful and involved.
Finally 8 days later another day off, another delivery. This time the bed delivered was WRONG.
Nice selection. I found the set I saw online in store so I was able to check it out before I bought it. Robert was the sales associate who helped me. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly and helpful. He deserves five stars, but I gave four because of issue I had when trying to pay for my merchandise. The card reader wasn’t working, so I had to go back the next day with my checkbook.
I am now waiting for the bed delivery having no idea as to when it's going to arrive.
Went into Ashley Furniture today to browse their Black Friday weekend sales event. Ron greeted us warmly and pointed us in the direction of recliners and love seats. He gave us time to look on our own and did not pressure us. He was helpful when we asked questions. If he didn't know off the top of his head, he did the research to get us the answer. Brittani was quick to complete our purchase and explain the delivery process. Very happy with how we were treated today and would definitely buy there again. Jennie and Eric Moran
My problem was with everything that occurred AFTER everything was paid for. Delivery was several weeks out, and that is understandable. Delivery was set for a Tuesday. After rescheduling my day (they don't have a time for delivery until end of previous day), they called me around 1000am to announce their truck had broken down.
Again, staff great. Final execution awful.
I was in not too long ago getting an idea on how to set up a remodel on a family room. Jen did a fantastic job helping me brainstorm within my budget and was really able to speak to what sales were current and upcoming. I really appreciated her patience and input while I was there, and will definitely be coming back. Thanks again Jen!
Do Not Buy Furniture Here. At you own risk of losing your good money. Sold my mom $900 Recliner. 2 weeks later electrical components not working and after buying a 5 year warranty which she was told verbally covered all, is now being told must pay $ 150 just to have a technician come look at it. Told by a corporate rep that picking up your own furniture voids warranties. So you must pay $69+ delivery fee to have delivered I assume to keep all warranties intact. Just sad that seniors on SS wouldn't be taken care of a little better when clearly a manufacturer defect is occurring here.
They then informed me they couldn't deliver for AT LEAST another week.
