Found a nice looking sectional for what seemed like a decent price. Well the cushions went flat within maybe 2 months if that. So you feel like your sitting on boards. The 2 pieces are constantly sliding apart on a carpeted floor. On top of all that less than a year later the arm rest on one side has broken. The couch is still usable but barely. They talked this couch up so much before we bought it I thought it was going to be great. On a side note. Some of my family also bought furniture from there and theirs seems to be much better quality. I guess maybe we just bought the cheap junk.
We dealt with Justin. Wonderful personality, very helpful and helped us find exactly what we needed without any pressure at all. Great people to deal with here. Will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.
Justin was the absolute best to work with. He was patient as i kept changing my mind on what i wanted and let me know exactly what i was getting and made the terms of service very clear. Will be back for future purchases.
Worst exsprince. Will never ever deal with them ever agin. They messed up and said they don't do refunds.They sold our original living room set while it was on layaway. Went and payed it off and was told they replaced it with something of better quality. The better quality did not fit threw my door. It was not the original color of the set we had put on layaway. I asked for a refund and was told by management they are a no refund store. I had to pick something else's out of the same value. There was nothing there that i really liked. This is very poor customer service. I hate going in to my living room because its not the furniture i really liked and all the trouble i dealt with from there employees. Also there is a delivery fee of 109.00. You don't find out about till the delivery driver arrives.
