Couldn't be happier with my new Pioneer NAV unit that Thumpin just installed! Many times I've looked to replace the factory unit in my Saab and no one would work on it. Brian took on a tough install and didn't quit until we squashed all the bugs in the system. It looks like this car rolled right off the assembly line with this head unit and it sounds great. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a shop that does high quality work and is honest throughout the process!

I added my first automatic start to my car in 2003 and never had a problem for 14 yrs. I recently got another car and had them put one in. They were very pleasant to deal with and their response was quick. They also explained it thoroughly to me and it works great. I am very satisfied with Thumpin Car Stereo's work!
My husband and I took our car here with our own subwoofers & amp we wanted installed. First we stopped by to have the owner look at everything and give us a quote for the install. Hapout with the quote, we set up an appointment and had him put everything in. He was super honest and up front with everything. When my husband picked our car up, he was very pleased with everything. All the wires are hidden nicely and the amp is mounted under the passenger seat. Just to help save a little cargo space. If I could give less than a one for the rating I would have. The person who assisted me was very unprofessional and shady in his business practice. I went in to inquire about some DVD headrest for my car and was advised by him that his "universal" units would fit any car but once I brought my car the story changed and also the price and this is after I purchased the units from him. The only reason I brought them was on the pretence that the job could be done and after our second meeting I just decided not to do business with this establishment. He was unwilling to refund me my money and was very rude and irrate. My recommendation is to never take your car here save yourslef the money, time, and headaches.
