Great if you are going in already knowing what you want. The sales staff can be a bit pushy. As far a the products go, Bose always creates top notch items.
Helpful staff. I asked for email of receipts in case mine got lost and got them. Purchased during major lightning storm and Noah had me drive up to curb with emergency hazard lights flashing so he could see car from shop and brought out the Bose and surge protectors I'd purchased. Reception in my apartment is not good for my Sprint or radio reception so the Bose, while not perfect, is better reception. Ordered an additional antennae at the outlet shop and because it wasn't in stock, when I went to give my credit card was told the antennae was free to keep a satisfied customer!
