Best Buy had always been my go to store for great prices and selections of everything electric for the home. The very knowledgeable staff help to make it easier for you to decide which product would be the best for your needs.
Worse customer service I ever had. Was in to buy laptop for gaming and 6 employees were having a talk session after 20 minutes I went somewhere else to buy laptop. Spent $1300.00 at another store more friendly and Willing to help.
Smaller store with a bit less stock than some Best Buys I have been too. Store seemed dark to for some reason. The customer pickup could have been faster if they had all the items up front ready to go.
Ask for some help at the geek counter on retrieving information from a sd card. I was told that it would have to be sent away and that it would cost anywhere from 50 dollars to 2000 dollars to retrieve the information. I went home and googled what to do. Very quickly the information came up on the procedure of how to retrieve the information through a external card reader. The cost of the card reader was 15 dollars and I was able to retrieve all the info on the card. My personal opinion is the person at the desk didn't want to take the time to help me.
What a fantastic staff! The mobile department was helpful in answering questions, comparing phones, and assisting in choosing the right products for the phone. The Geek Squad was helpful and efficient (which was a change from the last time I used them). An additional bonus is that they price matched some items.
