Very disappointed in Safelite. Had a crack in my windshield that needed replaced so I took my car to them. When I received my vehicle back, my headliner next to the windshield was destroyed and had black resin all over it. My A-pillars also had cuts all over them with the same black resin. Finally, to top it off there was a nice chunk cut out of my dash.
They are very good at what they do, however I did have my windshield crack within a couple months and they did not honor their warranty
I was stress free working with safelite to replace my back window. Made my appointment online and was actually able to be taken earlier in the day. Price quoted online was the actual final price! I love that! Will be returning here for any further glass needs!
The entire experience was seamless. I contacted Safelite for a quote and scheduled the appointment all at the same time. I was kept informed regarding the process through email, and was pleasantly surprised that I received an email with the technician's photo and information the day of installation. The tech (Clifford) was very friendly and didn't mind explaining the process during the install. Very professional and had great attention to detail. The finished product looked better than the factory install in my opinion. Highly recommend.
