I have been taking my vehicles to Keplinger's for 20 year. I have never had any type of problem from anyone that works there. They are honest and up front with you. They will not try to sell you a service that you don't need. Their facility is clean including the restrooms which is important to any woman. What I like about Keplinger's is they take the time to talk to you about your vehicle and answer any questions you may have.
Walked in at 8a, They open at 7. Needed a Maryland State inspection. They tried to schedule me for Weds or Thurs because one of their mechanics was out. I needed it that day. They got it done for 2200 less than the other place I went to estimated. Will definitely go back.
I have had two vehicles there for check engine light issues. Both times they said the light wasn't on and that there were no issues. Got them checked out at a different shop and was told we were lied to. They half ass their work and don't value their customers. Avoid this place.
