We arrived a little after 4. It took an inordinate amount of time to get our main meal. After the long wait, I was disappointed that my chopped steak was barely warm. Everything tasted good, but the "steak" would have been better hot. I have to commend management who personally came out to apologize. The server also apologized and offered another. The restaurant was packed when we left after 6. I'm going to chalk this up to the Saturday night rush. Still lovin' Outback Steakhouse.
Absolutely on point. Waiter was fun and attentive. Never had to ask for a thing. Food was prepared to perfection. The new crab sauce on your steak is a must try.
Ate in the bar area as I was eating alone and watched sports to occupy myself. Two women bartenders were super attentive. Food is fair. But they made it worth the time. Refilled drinks and offered unlimited shrimp promotion as I was finishing the current one.
Wait staff is awesome, coconut shrimp, sirloin steak and steak medallions are delicious, but were out of Prime rib at 7:30 in the evening, so we opted for the ribeye. They were over cooked due to being so thin (their explanation). The Caesar dressing wasn't very good.
Ordered online, arrived for pick up, only to be told one of the dishes I had ordered was unavailable. I understand limited availability, but I don't understand why the restaurant didn't inform me in the 30 minutes between ordering and arriving for pick up. The staff were courteous and I was able to order a replacement dish, but that added 20 minutes of waiting in person, and the rest of the meal was now cold.
