Nice and friendly service, the menus isn’t the largest but the food was all pretty good, really like the buffalo totchos. I would say that the happy hour will need to change hours to compete with surrounding locations but good selection of beer and drinks as well.
staff could really use some training, food came out each separate to me, my mother, and my sister, with 5 minutes of each other, seating was too crowded together, no waiting area, felt like we were in the way of other customers trying to come in, no music to create an atmosphere, sold out of a lot of craft beers when we are at a "sport and tap", and hostesses didn't seem to know what they were doing.... very disappointed, won't be coming back
The food is different but absolutely amazing. And the new drinks are really tasty. Definitely something to try.
First time eating at The Rustic Barrel, very disappointed! Do not waste your money! When we were seated, nobody came to our table for a good 15 minutes, ordered 4 waters with lemons and our food, along with an appetizer... First, our drinks had no lemons and then it was about 20 minutes later when our salads were brought out and then still no appetizer... The food was nothing special, chicken was overcooked and food barely had any flavor. (Still no appetizer...) We had to ask for it again and then it was another 20-30 minutes for freakin cheese bites to come to our table, followed by our check. Also, no refills on our drinks at any time. This all was on a Sunday evening and they were not even busy- there's no excuse. We will never go back nor recommend this place! I don't see this place lasting long at all. Big disappointment!!
UPDATE: after seeing the owner respond back I chose to give this establishment another chance yesterday. I got the nacho tots and they were good, they even used fresh jalapeños! Waitress was very attentive! Also the owner got back to me about my original review above allowing me to further explain my why I gave them a 2. This is a big plus in my eyes because it shows they care about their place. I will be back
