I was disappointed. I had heard much about this restaurant. I wanted to treat myself.I ordered my meal. Chad came with my sweet tea.I took a sip. He returns with my Crab Corn Chowder.I ask if that was sweet tea. He said yes. I then ask for splenda. There was no sugar in it. How am I so sure? Later toward end of meal,I was brought another tea completely different color and this was sweet tea.Chowder was lacking the flavor I thought it should have had for the restaurant I thought this was to be. Shrimp salad was a bit of disappointment.Shrimp were smallest you can buy. I was half way thru salad and realized one of the ingredients listed in description was missing.Also from observation it looked like my server had the whole restaurant.I am very critical. I work in foodservice and expect a bit more of my dining out experiences.I will give this restaurant one more experience. I hope it is a better one.
The food is made from fresh ingredients and the service is fine. The only irritation is overzealous busboys. If you like fried oysters and they have them on special you really are in for a treat. For Hagerstown this is a very good choice.
Wonderful restaurant. The menu is diverse and not one thing looks unappealing. Service is on-point. Great atmosphere. Bar separated from dining room, always a nice set up.
Lunch with my son. It was good, service was good but nothing to scream about. Prices were a above average. I got a Avacodo BLT and water. My boyfriend got a cheeseburger fries and water. My son got a Caesar wrap with soup and a sprite. It was 47.00 . Just an OK experience .
We have been here several times. Typically the food is really well prepared and fresh. Tonight was an off night, and our service was not the greatest. We will be back though because of previous experiences.
