I love shopping at PetSmart for gifts for all my furry nieces. They have the biggest selection of Holiday and every day toys and treats. Not to mention the large selection of food, collars, leashes, harnesses in all colors and sizes. Please Adopt don't Shop.
Had my dogs groomed by Christina. Not only did she leave cotton ball deep in my dog ears but they came back with flees also dogs came back smelling the same same if they weren't bathed.... Called to talk to the manager and was told she would give me a refund and that all it takes is one dog coming in there with flees for all the dogs to get flees.... If that's true then you should warn people before letting them drop their dogs off that another dog with flees had just been there. Now I have to flee bath them who knows how many times and treat my house.... Not happy at all

Bring your dog with you! Good variety but never varies. Prices are ok, on the higher end. Well stocked for fish, cats, dogs, birds, small creatures. Accessories are priced high. Excellent return policy. Hard to get help in the aisles. Carries small to large food bags. Occasional pet adoptions from outside organizations. Banfield vet office usually attached to most stores. Wish their sales were better advertised. Wheelchair accessible but no help in the stores to reach items! Accessible bathrooms. Could use help getting packages to car or in car. Management not on floor or not available. Parking excellent and free.
Pets smart
I live less than 5 min from Pet. . .(the other place). I was in the area, so I stopped at Petsmart. I thought, "How different could they be?" WOW! I walked in and asked about puppy beds. The manager smiled and connected me with a wonderful employee that was also a trainer. She did not rush. Was pleasant. And oh so helpful. She gave me discounts on puppy training, tips for home and was all around awesome. When I got to the register, that lady gave me coupons, showed me the app and was very sweet. The extra 10 min driving is definitely worth it.
