I was in Hagerstown for the Christmas holiday and had a health issue with my 13 year old dog. I took him to Banfield, frankly because it was nearby and open, and received wonderful care. Lisa, the nice lady at the counter, made both my dog and myself feel very comfortable. We were in and out in reasonable time and my furry best friend is good as new.
They are great. My dogs don't like going to the vet for obvious reasons but they do love the team there. They are so friendly and helpful.

We took our dog here in early 2015 to get a leg tumor checked. As we suspected she needed to have it removed. The vet & assistants were very friendly and informative.
Had a great experience. The whole staff was caring and attentive to my boxer Lulu. I have been to 4 Banfields in 4 different states. The staff here was my favorite. They are the only ones that have ever offered lulu a drink. She was very thankful. I definitely will be making this my new Banfield office.
Great alternative to have. Their plans for pets are well worth it. I have always had great service there. The staff and doctors have always been caring and compassionate to our pets. I highly recommend.
