I was starting to panic when my golden retriever puppy was abnormally lethargic, coughing, and leaking mucus from his nose. He wouldn't eat Sunday morning so we carried him in. We are so glad we did. The service was compassionate, understanding, and patient. Our wait was reasonable and our care was genuine. Turns out he had pneumonia
I was with my friend she had an emergency with her dog and we took him there. The staff was polite and down to earth. The Vet that we saw was very nice knew what he was doing and gave great advice. I have a fur baby of my own and I would take her to this facility and feel comfortable about her being in their hands.
Thank you so much to all the staff!! Working in an emergency veterinary office can’t be easy. You are there for all the unpredictable circumstances, that can’t be easy! You were welcoming, friendly, but most of all compassionate!! Thank you for what you do!!!
They are expensive, but well worth it. They will go to all lengths to save your animal, while providing comfort to both you and your pet. They are a very clean and happy environment. I can’t express how much my family and I love them. They are truly angels, and deserve every penny they earn! They truly care about your pet, and answer any crazy question you may have. Our 2-year-old husky, Emmert, was just there about a week ago and they saved his life!!! We loved how they were with our dog (they would tell us stories about bringing him up front to the desk and cuddling with him, taking him for walks every few hours during his stay, and how much they loved him). I knew the stories were true because my dog absolutely adored these people, and wanted to be with them. They fed him like a king, and treated him like one as well. They were a great comfort to us as they assured us they would do everything in their power to save him. They called us frequently, and even though we called nearly every 2 hours of his 48-hour stay, they didn’t get testy, and were super sweet about giving us updates on our baby whenever we called. Not only did they save our fur baby, but they saved my parents Golden Retriever/Labrador Retriever mix a few years ago when he was attacked by a pit bull and extremely close to death. ❤️ If you love your dog and only want the best care for them, this is the place to go.
I have two dogs and two cats. At one time or another I have had to use the services of the Mountain View Animal Emergency for each of them. . . multiple times for a couple of them. I am stunned at the negative reviews for this facility. I have always found the staff to be very courteous, the facility very clean, and the rates to be very reasonable. After all, it is an emergency hospital, so the initial fee is higher than at my regular vet, but the care that is given is far superior! My pets get the attention that they need, and come away with the medications on board or in hand that they need. I wish the vets there could be my regular vet. After many visits to this hospital, I can say with assurance that I would highly recommend this service to any of my friends.
