Completely disappointed. I always order my children's school shoes online from finish line because we no longer have the store where I live. I found these really cute sneakers at a great price for my daughter. I ordered a size 5.5 shoe only to receive the order and get a 5.5 shoe box that was filled with a 4.5 shoe. I called customer service to try and exchange them but the only thing I could do is return the shoes and order again online. I searched online right away to reorder the shoe but it is no longer available in the size I wanted. I wish the shoes were checked before the order was shipped. My shoes came from the Hagerstown md store.
There are lots of shoes to pick from but no correct sizes.
Its a good place to buy shoes but they dont have any size 12. I went through 3 different shoes till i found one.
