Had a wonderful young woman show and put me in over 15 dresses. She spent a remarkable amount of time with my mom and I it was great.
I was helped by Megan. I have less than 2 months before my wedding and her first comment was, "ok, we will find your dress today!" She was so positive and helpful, even though she was helping me and another bride simultaneously. She found multiple dresses in my very low price range (under $500) and helped me pair them with accessories. There was no judgement of my limited resources or my constant second guessing everything. Overall I was very happy with the experience. I found a dress, veil, and headband all for less than $400. If you're willing to be flexible and open-minded, deals are possible!
I was unhappy with my experience from start to finish. Their selection in the size 14 range is limited and the saleswoman was slow. All the dresses are cut for 6 foot women...so almost all women would HAVE to get an alteration. When I asked how much that would be, I was told $45-60 by the saleswoman. The final tally, $175 for alterations....the dress itself was $400. They're not interested in working with your budget and when I asked to be refunded some of the money due to being misguided by their staff, they basically told me they weren't going to do anything for me. I really feel like I was robbed. Stay away from this place!
