Spent over 600 back to school shopping for my kids. Had the worst cashier I have ever had. Mary Beth. She was rude and demeaning. Got angry with us for asking her to correct a price that scanned wrong. Lied to us about the rewards points so she wouldn't have to ring us up again when she messed up. Still love the store though. Great clothes and sporting equipment!

Yeah, thanks for wasting my time. You really are Dick's. Not that I often have a need for sporting goods or hunting equipment, but I won't ever be patronizing this store.

If you are employed by a store as a customer-facing staff member, your absolute most important "thing" is to help customers. This kind of customer non-service is becoming more and more common, especially among Millennials.

I came here to get a have-a-heart trap, which it says online can be found here. I wandered around for quite some time before even seeing an employee, and when I did, he (Logan) didn't know what that was. I explained that it is an animal trap that doesn't harm the animal. Logan said that "wasn't his thing". He was uninterested in dropping the absolutely nothing he was doing and actually helping me.

First time buying Golf clubs. Was greeted by an Awesome extremely knowledgeable salesman named Nathan in the Golf section. He spent some time with me helping me find the right clubs. I walked out feeling excited and satisfied with a complete Cobra Set at a great price. The cashier was also very friendly. I will be back for future buys and tips. Definitely would recommend Nathan to anyone who's looking for clubs. Customer service like that seems hard to find now a days. 5+ stars.

I walked some more and finally spoke to an employee who said they hadn't carried humane traps for "ten years".

Terrible services. stay away!!!! I purchased a treadmill from them and first they delivered a broken piece through select express. Select express is terrible to start with since they never came in the 3 hour window period that they told and when they came second time, they gave such hard time to place my equipment on the first floor ( told to remove child gates and when I told them to wait for 5 min, they didnt want to). Eventually they did not place it on the first floor since they could not take it on the steps when they were specifically told there are 10 steps to first floor. Big mistake! I should have got this item directly from the company.

This place has a lot to offer to most active lifestyle's. From hunting to yoga, or running in a marathon. They have survival gear that just gets me a glimpse/or start in preparation for camping/rough living when the SHTF.
