Reeds is absolutely amazing. My engagement ring was purchased from another jeweler and they have been more than helpful in getting it sized correctly and finding the perfect matching band. The staff is always happy to see me come in for routine maintenance and i feel genuinely cares about my "new" family. Thank you for caring about your customers!!
Very knowledgeable staff!! The Manager Andrea is always there to help me not screw up and get the wrong thing! Shopping for your spouse is hard sometimes.....Sometimes its good to get a different point of view. I highly recommend this facility 5 star all the way!
Amazing experience!!! Andrea assisted me like I was the only customer there and took her time in helping me select 6 perfect gifts for my loved ones. She was personable, genuine, and knowledgeable. At first, I was nervous since this was my first purchase at a jewelry store, but I could not be more satisfied with each one of my items! I will definitely be returning to Reed’s the next time I’m looking to purchase any jewelry.

A BIG SHOUTOUT TO ANDREA AND GABRIELLA!!! They both went above and beyond helping with designing the perfect engagement ring and even got it finished in time for me to pull off a special proposal. It wasn’t supposed to be ready for a few more weeks and Andrea worked her magic to get it to me just in time. I am very particular and they made sure that I got exactly what I was looking for and at an incredible price. I would also like to recognize all of the staff that works at Reeds in the Valley Mall. They were always super polite and friendly to me even though I wasn’t directly buying from them.
