UPDATE 8/30:
After receiving what I thought would be the ring that was depicted in the mock up digital pictures from designer, the ring was not what I had requested. It was in white gold, not platinum as requested and the size of the diamonds were not the same as the pictures that were sent. The ring that was sent was indeed beautiful but not what I was wanting. The ring is being corrected as of now. Will update as soon as its finished.
I enjoyed my experience as a customer with R. Bruce Carson Jewelers. I needed a ring resized and they were happy to do it, even though It was purchased elsewhere. They also were kind enough to accommodate a request for an expedited resizing. Each of the staff members were friendly and welcoming, starting with the first phone call. The service was quick and well done. Highly recommend them if you are in need of a sizing or repair.

Insulted by one PATHETIC STAFF MEMBER. I had my dead mother's diamond encrusted Rolex appraised so I could sell it. It would help pay off a $5000.00 veterinary bill to save my cat's life. That woman told me I should've put the cat to sleep because animal's lives aren't worth any amount of money! I asked her if she had children. She said yes & they meant the world to her. I told her they should've been put to sleep because their mother only has feelings for herself! What a HATEFUL SALESWOMAN!!!!! The jeweler is knowledgeable & polite when he feels like he'll make money. Go elsewhere, find a place where employees comprehend humanity is worth more than jewelry.
