The staff is friendly. Clothes are really good quality and inexpensive. Good bargain!
It's conveniently located by Target and behind the Hagerstown Valley Mall. This store gets 5 stars because I've had zero negative experiences with their Customer Service Desk where I exchange and return products if needed, and pick up online orders. Kohl's frequently offers charge card holders free shipping without a minimum purchase but on the occasion when they don't, you can pick up from any store location for free. They are friendlier and more helpful than some of the other stores. Note that all Kohl's cashiers and workers throughout the stores are generally very helpful and friendly.
This is my favorite Kohl's within 40 minutes of my home. For all the reasons I love Kohl's in general, this store hits the mark for store rewards and discounts, helpfulness of employees, location, store layout, and product selection.
Clothing department is always a disaster! The only thing that is organized are the gront 4 displays. The would do better displaying clorhes on a long rack by size the Ross, TJ Max or Marshals. Store inventory will show there are 3 items in stock but you cant find any of them. It very frustrating to shop the clothing department.
I needed to return a couple of items I'd ordered online. The customer service person, Margie went above and beyond helping me. Great service!
Kirk, the cashier was very nice and helpful. He had a 20% coupon he used for my purchase as well as got me set up with rewards. The swimming suit racks were a mess therefore very difficult to find my size.
You'll also see a few different items from store to store in clearance areas so every store isn't exACTly the same.
