Went to buy a toaster that according to their online count, they had 12 of in the store. Clerk informed me that you can't believe their website. Then, why have one?

Customer service exceeded any expectations! We were looking for barstools, and several staff members were very helpful!! Management should be very proud of this group!
I was just introducing my wife to BB&B she's never been there before (She's from Indonesia) and she liked it found a lot of thing that she was interested in. So it was a good visit and due to the time of the day the store wasn't busy which was even better.
