Very Very Very Bad Experience ! Store Managers behaved very badly , not friendly don't behave like human beings-never recommend to anybody again in my life so rude if you don't like to work don't but don't treat people badly for god sake !!! She will get back everything what she did count your time your badtime started

At the Bon-Ton near the Valley Mall in Hagerstown, MD, Mike S. in the men's department gave me excellent customer service. He helped measure me for a tux for my wedding, and I really appreciate the attention to detail he gave. Macy's lost my business and Bon-Ton got it.
Bon Ton has everything! It is a higher end department store, but they have exceptional sales. The store is clean and very well organized. A pleasure to shop there!
