THE MANAGER, NICK IS A TOTAL JERK, HE SCREWED UP MY TRIP AND WAS RUDE, DID'T EVEN APOLOGIZE, ON TOP WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT THIS IS A COMPLETE B-S, HE CALLED THE COPS ON ME. I JUST SPOKE WITH CORPORATE HERTZ AND HOPE THAT THEY FIRE THE JERK.
Reservation was ready on time.
The people working here need attitude adjustments. Very rude, even on the phone. Talk down to you like your know nothing. Please spend your hard earned money at another place. You will be sorry going here. And this is not a troll. I will tell you my experience if you are interested.
Prepaid for the car a month in advance. Called 2 weeks later to see if we would be reimbursed if we brought it back early. They said yes, I would just have to call customer service because they could not reimburse me from the office. When I returned the car I called and talked to an indian that I could barely understand. He kept running me around telling me I needed to talk to the manager there then call back (that's what I was doing). Finally got tired of the bs and took the keys back for the next 3 days. Looked like I was saving money at first but in hindsight I didn't, plus had to deal with stupid people that lie. WILL NOT GO BACK
I RENT EVERY MONTH AND THE CARS AT THIS LOCATION ARE ALWAYS DIRTY AND STAFF IS RUDE AND NOT VERY SMART.

Excellent service today! I was rushing to get there before they closed to pick up my car. My cab was late and I called Hertz to say I was on my way. Kindly, they explained that the computer timed out when they closed. But when I arrived 3 minutes late, although the worker was heading to his car he reopened the door for me and said we will try and see if the computer will let us. It did and my weekend was saved!
THEY DIDN'T EVEN CALL ME OR EMAIL ME, THEY JUST LIED THAT THEY CALLED ME AND WHEN I ASKED WHICH NUMBER THEY CALLED, THEY SHOWED ME MY RESERVATION NUMBER, IF YOU ARE SMART ENOUGH, YOU WILL KNOW THAT THIS IS NOT A PHONE NUMBER!!!
HORRIBLE!!! IF I CAN GIVE THEM "0 " STARS, I WOULD. I MADE MY RESERVATION 3 DAY PRIOR AND WHEN I WENT TO GET MY RENTAL, THE TOLD ME THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE A CAR FOR ME. THERE WERE CARS THERE, HOWEVER, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE RESERVED FOR SOMEBODY ELSE, WHAT ABOUT MY RESERVATION!?!?
