The people are so great there, friendly service and quick. Very accomodating.
Went to this store for a replacement since the one I had seemed to be imploding. Was in a line of people about 10 people needing service. Did not mind waiting over an hour for support. The staff was polite, helpful, friendly, and committed to customer service. They took care of everyone in the store including two more customers who arrived after me when the store was scheduled to close. They replaced my faulty vehicle, and the district manager even pitched in to help when the staff was overwhelmed on this rather chilly evening. The staff was super helpful. Dave has great control over customer service in this store and Victoria is a gem of an employee, laser focus on customer service and getting people where they need to go. Great experience.

More than perfect. I had the wrong date in my planner. Victoria found a car for me anyway. Best customer service ever. They are super busy at this location but don’t worry you. They will get it done. AA+
The employees are usually as helpful as possible; however, they are understaffed on the weekends which is when I pick up my business rental each month. The wait when picking up a reserved vehicle can be as long as 30-45 minutes ( without getting it cleaned). They do their best to move quickly but be sure to plan ahead.
