I use NEMF to ship all my large freight. Will use over and over!!!
We ordered some garage cabinets from the Home Depot. NEMF was the company that was used by HD to deliver the cabinets. They told us someone had to be here to sign for the delivery, so a a date was set up and my husband took off the day. The day of, NEMF cancels with the excuse that their truck is too big to make it down our road. We live on a regular county road where routine furniture deliveries occur all the time and this should have been routine. A second date was set up and my husband took off again. We were told the delivery would occur sometime between 8am and 5pm. NEMF called at 1:30pm and canceled! No good reason given. Needless to say, we canceled our order and told Home Depot they need to find some other company for delivering or their products. Would give 0 stars if that were possible. Just poor.
