Needed towing and my vehicle fixed as well. Brad immediately got the job done and went out of his way to come and get the keys for the vehicle as well. He was prompt to fix my car as well. He was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything and go over the prices to make sure i was comfortable with them. Excellent service and I also encountered another of his drivers Zach was was polite and knowledgeable as well. If he did have a bad driver at any point I'm sure he's rectified it because he seems nothing but safe and professional. Also prices was way cheaper than others in area.

Thank you so much to this top notch business! We were stranded on the interstate traveling from NC to NY. Eichelbergers towing was on the scene in 30 minutes. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly had us off the interstate and to a nearby service center. NO HASSLE AT ALL! Thank you to this establishment for the great service!
As a USAA member I have roadside assistance & use the service a good bit. I’ve never really had any big issues w providers they have sent; but I’ve never had any feedback worth complimenting. Today Eichelbergers changed that. About 15 min after calling roadside assistance they arrived. The man I spoke to was very friendly, knowledgeable & professional. It was just one of those incounters you know that they are just a nice, honest business & there to help. Truly a breath of fresh air! I’ve already called USAA to compliment this company & let them know these folks are the perfect example they need representing their roadside service!
