We had a very difficult move from so to wv. I go early could not handle o e more Thu g going wrong. I had reserved our unit online and while driving to the storage unit Lesa called just to ask how I was doing and if my drive was Ok! Who does that?! It was so wonderful to hear a supportive voice. She also asked if I was comfortable with the size of unit I had or would I be needing an additional unit because she had one open. I DID need another unit and she was able to take care of everything! She answered all my questions and helped me navigate a new area. She went above and beyond and also introduced me to the realtor that would get us our dream home. We are very satisfied with our experience and if needed will use valley storage on Washington st again and again.
Lesa was extremely helpful and accommodating. I changed my size 3 times and our delivery date. Each time she assisted us in making the change. The storage units are clean and prepared for use.

I stored here for several years. I chose this facility originally because of its convenient location and low prices. As a former storage manager in Southern Maryland , I was also impressed by the professional staff and the security. The only reason I vacated is that I moved to Washington state. I highly recommend this facility.
