I have 2 pallets waiting for pickup for 25 days. Central missed the scheduled pickup date at least 4 times without so much as one phone call. I've had to call multiple times to be told the delivery would be scheduled for a later date. I'm somewhat flexible when working with freight, but this is ridiculous. Customer service keeps giving empty promises, then no notice when the truck doesn't show. Been on the phone for hours now. Pallets are still stuck here.
