Got to the mall at 9am and was prepared to spend a great deal of money on merchandise in this store. Got to 10:02am and the gate opens. We stand out front of the store and are immediately met by an extremely aggressive man who works there. Who throws his hand up and shouts "NO,NOT YET". We left immediately. As a costumer i would recommend buying elsewhere.
This place absolutely sucks. DO NOT COME HERE. Take it from a former employee, all they care about is getting your money. They will pressure you into signing up for a "backstage" pass and magazines that they will not inform you will cost you a fortune later. Their items are overpriced, and the management SUCKS. I was fired for "stealing" when in reality it was another manager stealing from my register which I got blamed for simply because they didn't like me. They also lied on my termination report and said I was fired for not performing well enough, when I was one if their top sellers. Jo the store manager is very rude, and the other manager Paul is even worse. I stopped in to buy some headphones and give my gf who now works their a drink. I was told very aggressively to leave, and that my GF was going to be in trouble. I informed him I was just giving her a drink and buying something, and he said I was not welcome in the store period. Please don't come here. Your experience will not be pleasent.
