Pros. Great selection. Well organized. Friendly staff.
The store is very clean and well maintained. Finding a particular title is like an Easter egg hunt. Browsing general topics is always fun. They buy stuff but don't pay much for anything. The stock is a mixture of new and used items. They have a good selection of older video games and system components. My only real complaint is that it takes FOREVER to check out.
Cons. They have too many "offers" at checkout. It holds up everything.
Went here looking for chapter books for our daughter for Christmas. The staff was extremely helpful in showing us where to find them and also made personal recommendations for her based on interests, age and reading ability and comprehension. Even informed us of a great sale that was going on.
Also their inventory system is very dependant on stickers that peel away easily.
Some great prices on used books, especially kids books and paperbacks. We've also unloaded some of our own books for store credit and probably will again in the future. My only gripe is that it can be a little hard to find things, the organization isn't obvious and the signs are small.
The place was very busy with all of the holiday shoppers. Yet, the staff was able to help me with all of my questions as well as finding a few items. Great job guys!
